The beginning of this semester was tough for me. After being home with my family for several months, adjusting to living across the country from them was hard. I felt more homesick than I ever had during my previous two years at BYU. My mom sent me a podcast episode where Hank Smith talks abut 12 habits that will help you become a happier person over time. Obsessed with all things self help and self-improvement, I pounced on the opportunity to implement his tips into my life.
